Lauren Conrad and Heidi Montag Take It to the Runway
The Hills former BFF’s Heidi Montag and Lauren Conrad are of course still not speaking but now they are taking the feud to the runway.
Heidi’s clothes will premiere this April in nationwide Anchor Blue stores while former roommate Conrad’s Collection was available in stores last month.
Montag’s line is all priced below $60 and includes things from bags and jewelry to tops, jeans and dresses. Lauren’s designs are a little more expensive and high-fashion.
While Lauren hasn’t commented on Heidi’s upcoming line, Montag had this to say about her former friends collection…
Montag states, “Lauren’s line is not necessarily something I would wear – she’s trying a high-fashion thing, but it’s a little overpriced. Mine is fun and flirty for the everyday woman. Most people can’t afford $200 for one dress.”
“When we were in school, I was the designer, and she was in, like, product development.”
