Miley Cyrus is turning 16, and you are invited to her birthday party!
Miley is going to celebrate her birthday at Disneyland in November, but she is selling tickets for $250! Is that a good price or a little excessive? I’m pretty sure she won’t have any problems finding people who are willing to spend that much for a chance to hang out with Hannah Montana herself.
Tickets go on sale August 30.
