Samantha Ronson Avoids Court Appearance
Samantha Ronson finally paid the outstanding balance of $86,000 to blogger, Perez Hilton, that he was awarded to one year earlier.
Ronson was due in court for failing to pay but got it taken care of just in time, paying the debt of last Friday so she would not have to appear in court.
Hilton was sued by Ronson last year for defamation after he claimed that the cocaine found in Lindsay Lohan’s car after her May 2007 crash was hers.
The case was thrown out but the blogger was awarded more than $86,000 to cover his legal fees.
