Tina Sherman Sues McDonalds Over Leaked Photos
Arkansas native, Tina Sherman sent some racy pictures to her husband’s cell phone, that were to remain for his eyes only but ended up right here on the internet.
Tina’s hubby, Phillip Sherman, accidentally left his cell phone at a McDonald’s in Arkansas. The staff promised Mr. Sherman they would secure the phone until he got back but later on, Mrs. Sherman began receiving text messages from Phillip’s phone stating, “I’ve seen your pictures Tina, I liked what I saw.” The scandalous photos were uploaded onto a website that also published Tina Sherman’s name, address and contact information. The site also allegedly detailed how the employees came into possession of the pics.
The couple are now suing McDonald’s for $3 million, claiming emotional distress and hardship.
