The father of Jamie Lynn Spears‘ 10-month-old daughter, Casey Aldridge, was injured in a car accident early Sunday morning.

Aldridge was driving his Ford F-150 truck along LA606 when he lost control. Police have charged him with careless operation of a vehicle. He was transporting several unidentified passengers at the time of the crash.

The 19-year-old was taken to Riverland Medical Facility in Ferriday, Louisiana but later admitted to the University of Mississippi Medical Center. A family source tells People Aldridge is fully alert, resting and talking to friends and family. He is listed in stable condition with what family members are calling a “cracked skull.” Doctors plan to keep Aldridge in the intensive care unit for three days “to keep a close check on him.”

Spears, 18, as well as Aldridge’s family- including his mother, father and sister- are at Casey’s side until his recovery is complete.

Dateline NBC first aired the segment You Might Be Rich last August, where they helped return almost $2 million dollars to the rightful owners.

This years new rendition of the segment follows NBC News reporter, Tiki Barber and his team,which includes NBC News’ Peter Alexander and MSNBC’s Tamron Hall, who have returned almost $5 million to over a dozen individuals. In one particular case a former Pennsylvanian, who moved to Germany, was tracked down by the NBC news team and given over a half a million dollars from an inheritance he didn’t even know he had. The story gets even better; when Dateline finally tracked him down they discovered he was homeless.

Dateline NBC producer, Rob Buchanan explains, “What we do is find people who don’t know they have money coming to them and return it.” It’s called unclaimed property and it could be an old paycheck, stock note or inheritance that’s owed to you. When no one claims these valuables, they’re eventually turned over to a state, where it could be neglected for years.

You Might Be Rich will air two hour specials on Sunday, April 26 at 7:00 p.m. ET and Sunday, May 3 at 7:00 p.m. ET. The May 3 show will take place live outside Rockefeller Center, surprising one family that is completely unaware they are entitled to unclaimed money.

Lauren Conrad, who is in her fifth and final season on MTV’s reality show The Hills, recently hired an acting coach to get her through her guest appearance on the animated FOX comedy, Family Guy.

LC claims some of her lines included “big words” that were too “complicated” for her to pull off a convincing performance.

“I hired an acting coach for the day to get me through it because a lot of the lines later on in the episode that I did are very complicated,” she tells OK!. “There are a lot of facts and big words, and I had to say it as if it was coming to me very easily— instead of just reading them. I actually had to research some of them!”

“My coach that I was working with told me if I really understood what I was talking about, it would come through a little more true.”

Grey’s Anatomy star, Ellen Pompeo and music producer husband, Chris Ivery, are starting a family together.

Pompeo, 39, and Ivery, 41, were married in a low-key ceremony in November 2007. The couple met in a grocery store in 2003 and began dating six months later.

The actress, who has recently been spotted in Los Angeles shopping for baby clothes, is not the only Grey’s Anatomy doctor having a baby. Her costar, Chyler Leigh and her husband, Nathan West, are expecting a third child, a girl, in May.

Pompeo’s rep, Jennifer Allen, confirms, “It’s great news. They’re ecstatic.”

Channing Tatum and fiancee Jenna Dewan like to keep their engagement as private as possible but no one can overlook the huge ring on her finger.

Dewan told People at the New York premiere of Tatum’s new movie Fighting, “Almost everybody goes, ‘Oh my God, that is so big,’ And I’m like, ‘I know, I feel the same way.’ ”

The actress-dancer didn’t give too many details but did admit that the wedding of the two 28-year-olds will happen soon. “We’re so busy, and you know when you’re so busy, wedding planning is so hard to do,” she says. “But it will be soon. Sooner than later.”

When it comes to planning the big day, Dewan says, “I seriously haven’t even thought about it. I’m the worst bride in the world. I’m just so happy, and I’m so enjoying being engaged. I don’t want to rush anything.”

Meanwhile, Tatum would only say, “I’m sorry, I kind of like to keep it a little more private,” when asked about the wedding plans.

The couple, who got engaged last September, says their feeling haven’t changed since the wedding planning started. “I think [we feel] the same,” says Dewan. “We’re both so happy. It’s great.”

Brad Paisley and his wife, Kimberly Williams-Paisley, are patiently waiting for overdue baby No. 2 to arrive, but there’s one Paisley who is getting impatient.

“I think maybe Huck’s not buying it anymore,” Paisley jokes of the couple’s 2-year-old son. “We keep saying, ‘You’re going to be a big brother,’ and I sense he’s like, ‘Yeah, right! They’re full of crap!’ “

The newest little one was due April 5, the same night of the Academy of Country Music Awards, when Paisley won the top male vocalist award for the third year in a row. But the country music star says the delay “is not a big deal. There’s nothing we can do about it. Well, there is, but we’re not doing that. We’re actually probably going to miss these times when things are simple. I mean you can’t put them back!”

The upcoming due date prevented Paisley, 36, from attending last week’s ACM show in Las Vegas, but he brought the party to his home in Franklin, Tennessee.

“We ended up having the best time,” he says. “Everybody was in town because we expected to have a baby already, so we took a satellite truck out to our farmhouse and had a party. We had about 35 people there. My band was there and my whole family and all the in-laws.”

Nicollette Sheridan, who has played on the hit show Desperate Housewives for five seasons, isn’t shedding too many tears as she says good-bye.

After hearing of Edie’s untimely demise, “I said, ‘OK, sayonara. It’s been a great ride. Thank you,’” Sheridan tells the new issue of TV Guide magazine. Still, she adds, “[Killing off Edie] was a risky decision that could have devastating ramifications.”

“When the show started it was such a different beast. It was exciting and dangerous and funny and edgy and bizarre,” says Sheridan. “It started feeling a little complacent, and that was very frustrating.”

Sheridan also believes that Desperate Housewives creator, Marc Cherry, largely ignored her. She declares, “When you have a jewel, why not polish it and put it out there for all to see?”

Cherry, however, says Edie’s time was up on the show. “Edie’s already slept with most of the guys on the street and has caused about as many problems as she could,” he says. Also, “There has been tremendous pressure put on me to cut costs…the network is saying to all the shows, ‘The company is really hurting financially. You must find a way to produce these shows more cheaply.” (With Sheridan gone, Housewives will save an estimated $100-200,000 per episode, according to TV Guide magazine.)

Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr. are reportedly expecting their first child together.

A source close to the couple confirms to People, “They’re very excited,” and adds that the actress is due in the fall.

Gellar, 31, who has been married to Prinze, 33, for six years, is preparing to shoot the HBO pilot The Wonderful Maladays, for which she is also an executive producer. Prinze recently shot the comedy pilot No Heroics for ABC.

Chris Brown is reportedly dating his former girlfriend, Erica Jackson, after his volatile split from Rihanna.

Jackson,who attends the University of Mary Washington, met Brown in Virginia, where he is from, and the two dated “back in the day,” according to a source, who says the couple has hooked up once again.

“They’ve been spending a lot of time together, but things only really heated up over the last two weeks,” the source tells NY Daily News.

The photos shown are reportedly of Brown leaving a Sunset Blvd. tattoo parlor with his new girl on Saturday. A rep for the singer says, “He did go to a tattoo parlor with someone from the studio named Dean. There was a woman there who was a friend of Dean. There is no truth to this at all. Chris does not know the woman nor does he know the name of the woman.”

X17 online is reporting that the woman in the photos is Natalie Mejia from the girl group Girlicious.

Mel Gibson’s wife, Robyn Moore, has filed for divorce after 28 years of marriage citing “irreconcilable differences.”

The couple met in the late 1970s and married in June of 1980 when Mel was still an unknown actor. According to TMZ there is no prenuptial agreement and under California law, community property, including a fortune which was estimated at $900 million in 2006, is divided 50/50.

Robyn is reportedly seeking spousal support, joint custody of their child Tom, who is the only minor of their 7 children together, and attorney fees.

Some sources say the “irreconcilable differences” include Gibson vacationing with another woman at his Costa Rica vacation home. On March 4th the Braveheart star and a Russian musician named Oksana were spotted together on the beach. According to the report, several of his sons and their girlfriends were also on the trip.
