Lindsay Lohan Accused of Violating Probation
Lindsey Lohan may be headed back to jail based on allegations that she has violated the terms of her probation for a 2007 driving under the influence (DUI) charge.
The “Mean Girls” actress was sentenced to 24 hours in prison, 10 days of community service and ordered to complete an alcohol education program after pleading no contest to cocaine possession and DUI.
Lohan served only 84 minutes in jail and was placed on three years probation.
Lohan has been accused of breaking the terms of her probation by allegedly failing to abide by the rules of the alcohol education course, reports TMZ.com.
The judge in Lohan’s DUI case has ordered her to appear in court for a progress report but sources say, that if the allegations prove true, Lindsay’s probation may be revoked and she could be headed to jail.
