Jon Gosselin’s Girlfriend Hailey Glassman to be Subpoenaed
Jon Gosselin’s girlfriend Hailey Glassman and his friend Michael Lohan are among witnesses that TLC intends to subpoena in the breach of contract against the former Jon and Kate Plus 8 reality show dad.
Maryland’s Circuit Court of Montgomery County granted motions filed by TLC’s lawyers to depose Glassman, 22, Lindsay Lohan’s father Michael, 49, along with Gosselin’s lawyer Mark Heller, manager Michael Heller, bodyguard Thomas Meinelt, and Gosselin’s talent rep Matthew Kirschner.
In October TLC filed a lawsuit against Gosselin alleging that the former reality show dad is “in violation of his contractual exclusivity” and has “entered a lucrative arrangement to appear regularly on Entertainment Tonight and its companion show The Insider to discuss his family and the problems he was having with Mrs. Gosselin.
