Jennifer Lopez Sues Ex Over Intimate Video Footage

Jennifer Lopez has filed a lawsuit against her ex-husband Ojani Noa in Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday.

Noa and J-Lo were married for eleven months in1997. The Cuban chef  is attempting to release a movie titled How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The JLo and Ojani Noa Story in violation with a court sanctioned confidentially agreement.

According to the court filing, Noa claims to have eleven hours of video footage of the couple, including intimate moments taken during the couple’s honeymoon. J-Lo is concerned that the footage shows her in various states of undress and engaged in sexual situations.

Caught in the middle of the controversy is TMZ. According to court documents, the celebrity news website has “entered into a contractual agreement” with Noa for the “exclusive rights to the home movies.” TMZ has denied the allegations, calling the claims “patently false.”

Lopez is charging breach of contract and invasion of privacy and is seeking at least $10 million and wants the judge to put a stop to Noa’s project.
