Jon Gosselin’s girlfriend Hailey Glassman and his friend Michael Lohan are among witnesses that TLC intends to subpoena in the breach of contract against the former Jon and Kate Plus 8 reality show dad.

Maryland’s Circuit Court of Montgomery County granted motions filed by TLC’s lawyers to depose Glassman, 22, Lindsay Lohan’s father Michael, 49, along with Gosselin’s lawyer Mark Heller, manager Michael Heller, bodyguard Thomas Meinelt, and Gosselin’s talent rep Matthew Kirschner.

In October TLC filed a lawsuit against Gosselin alleging that the former reality show dad is “in violation of his contractual exclusivity” and has “entered a lucrative arrangement to appear regularly on Entertainment Tonight and its companion show The Insider to discuss his family and the problems he was having with Mrs. Gosselin.

Former Miss California Carrie Prejean is allegedly featured in an x-rated video that shows the beauty queen in a solo sex act.

 According to TMZ, Prejean and the Miss USA California pageant have dropped their lawsuits against each other. Prejean backed down from her million dollar lawsuit after a lawyer for the pageant showed her the tape.

When the tape started Prejean’s reaction was “that’s digusting” and denial that it was her shown on the tape.

After the camera angle changed showing Carrie’s face she was speechless and conferred with her lawyer. According to reports, it took her about 15 seconds to drop her lawsuit.

Guess you could say she got caught with her hand in the cookie jar – or something like that.

Simon Cowell has a soft side? Only a few have figured that out, and one of those few is a one-year-old girl named Sophie Atay.

The X-Factor judge donated money to complete payment for this little girl to have a bigger chance for survival.

Cowell’s donation reached nearly a million dollars, appealed by Sophie’s mother, Karine Atay, to allow for her daughter to get treatment to New York City for her neuroblastoma. Neuroblastoma is a rare cancer that normally affects children under age five. This type of cancer develops from cells left over from the development of the baby in the womb.

Sophie’s mother was “lost for words” and thanked all that had made donations.

Last week Simon became patron of Children’s Hospices UK and visited patients at a hospice in Surrey.

Advertisements posted around London Underground for Kelly Brook’s new play, Calendar Girls, have been said to be indecent.

These posters had to be redone, but only in part. The 29-year-old English actress was using cherry-topped pastries to cover herself up, but apparently she had too much cleavage showing. The producer, David Pugh, was told that in order for the photos to be posted, they would have to edit them and place bigger buns on Brook.

The bigger buns apparently will “leave more to the imagination”, according to a spokesperson for the production.

Replacing Jerry Hall in the production, Kelly will be playing Celia. Calendar Girls is about Women’s Institute members who decide to ‘bare all’ for a charity calendar.

Commenting on her on-stage nudity scenes, Brook says, “A few of the girls in the cast are more game than others to go nude. But if I really go for it in getting my clothes off then it will be seen in a totally different context to everyone else – as in ‘Kelly gets her kit off again’ – so I shall have some cup cakes strategically placed when I go naked on stage.”

Calendar Girls will open on November 3rd, at Noel Coward Theatre in Westminster, London.

Kristen Stewart has admitted that being a movie star has been rather “bizarre”. She mentioned in a recent interview that “nothing about being a celebrity is desirable“.

The 19-year-old Twilight Saga actress claims that when people become “obsessive”, it weirds her out. Apparently, she didn’t understand the part where her contract came with fans, interviews, photoshoots, and obsession. Being in the Twilight Saga, I’m afraid you can’t really escape that world, Kristen.

Stewart mentions an analogy between being a vampire and being famous, “Edward is actually a really good parallel to fame. As a vampire, he has a sad, desolate life — fame is the same.”

To say you don’t like fame is different than saying you don’t enjoy being followed by paparazzi. If you don’t want the whole package, I guess you shouldn’t be in the field. I believe some, if not all, of her fame is contributed by her fans.

The 21-year-old singer talks about the photo that was leaked from the Chris Brown incident, showing her bruised face, saying, “It was humiliating; that is not a photo you would show to anybody. I felt completely taken advantage of. I felt like people were making it into a fun topic on the Internet, and it’s my life. I was disappointed, especially when I found out the photo was [supposedly leaked by] two women.”

Rihanna refers to herself as, “stronger, wiser and more aware” as a result of what she has been through recently.

Lady Gaga has been named the creepiest singer in showbiz for her provocative Paparazzi video.

 The video shows the eccentric singer in a wheelchair, declaring she has killed her boyfriend. Gaga even appeared to hang herself during her performance of the track at this year’s MTV Video Music Awards.

The singers bizarre stunts have  earned Lady Gaga the title of weirdest musician in the charts.

Kate Hudson, 30, gave up drinking to shed 20 pounds for her role as a terminally ill woman who falls in love with her doctor in Earthbound.

In an exclusive interview with Elle magazine Hudson said, “I love my glass of wine. I love tequila. To be in New York for two weeks and not have one beverage, I’m not sure I’ve ever done that!”

According to reports circulating the web, Mel Gibson and his girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva, have a new baby girl.

The baby, who was due in December, arrived Friday, says RadarOnline.com.

Gibson, 53, has six sons and a daughter with his estranged wife Robyn who filed for divorce in April. Oksana has a son with her former boyfriend, actor Timothy Dalton.

Elton John had to cancel three U.S. concerts after being diagnosed with a “serious case” of E. coli.

Sir Elton also had to cancel concerts in the U.K and Ireland last month due to a bad case of the flu.

A statement on the star’s website reads, “Promoter Live Nation, The KeyArena and The Rose Garden were informed by management that Elton has been advised by his doctor to postpone these performances due to a serious case of E. coli bacterial infection and influenza.”

The performances in Seattle, Washington and Portland, Oregon will be rescheduled and promoters have asked fans to hold onto their tickets as they try to reschedule the cancelled shows.
