According to Amanda Bynes‘ twitter page, after one month, “I’ve unretired.” from acting.

The 24-year-old actress told everyone that she was tired of the film industry and was retiring at her early age.

After tweeting that solid fact, she tweeted a link to the  trailer for her upcoming film, Easy A, telling people to “check it out ”.

Make up your mind A, don’t want to get too hung up on what others want you to do!

Former fashion model Ann Kirsten Kennis is suing Vampire Weekend for using a photo of her, taken in the ’80s, for the cover of their second album, Contra.

The photo was either sold or donated sometime after 1983, which was when it was taken. Not only is she suing the band, but she is also suing the record label as well as the photog who sold them the photo. The overall total she is suing all three parties for is $2 million.

Alan Neigher, Kennis’ lawyer, said that one day Ann’s daughter came home and said, “Hi mom, see your picture?”

Apparently the photographer claims he has had the photo in his possession and that he was the person who originally shot the photograph. He supposedly also forged Ann’s signature so that the band could use the photo.

The band says that they did not know the woman, just that they found the photo “striking”.

Actor David Spade has officially turned forty six!

Rihanna is being featured on Eminem’s album, Recovery, on a song entitled “Love The Way You Lie“, which has taken the number one spot in the country.

It is also rumored that Lost actor Dominic Monaghan will also be featured in the video. At one point in time, it was said that Megan Fox was also in on the video, but Rihanna would probably resist another beautiful woman taking place in her projects…

Lindsay Lohan heads to jail today, but before she goes, she decided to indulge herself in one last photo shoot  for the September issue of Complex magazine.

Lohan is only set to be in jail for around a month instead of the 90-day trial she got from the judge because the jail isovercrowded.

She is being sent to the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, California.

Jennifer Aniston is promoting her new Lolavie perfume with topless shots from a recent shoot in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

According to the Daily Mail, a UK newspaper, the scent is supposed to be launched on Wednesday, July 21st at Harrods.

The 41-year-old actress proves that beauty has no age limit, as she still looks incredible in her recent topless shoot. About her perfume, she says, “It’s a nonperfume perfume. Sexy and clean. Floral but not too flowery. I want people to go ‘What is that? You smell great!’ But most of all I wanted it to smell natural.”

Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green went out for a nice, relaxing bite at the Cheesecake Factory yesterday, Saturday July 17th.

The cute newlyweds got married recently with a small ceremony in Hawaii. 24-year-old Fox flashed her bling earlier this month in Los Angeles.

For being as rich as Fox and Green are, I’m a bit surprised they didn’t go out for a fancy lunch, but then again, they didn’t really seem dressed for the occasion, so it’s understandable.

Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides is filming at a set built for the film near the Turtle Bay Resort in Oahu, Hawaii.

The cast and crew will be filming there until July 23rd. The majority of the crew is staying at the Marriott Waikiki hotel and shuttled to location. The cast is likely to be staying at the Turtle Bay resort.

Three of the main filming locations include Barber’s point, Police Beach in Haleiwa, and the Mermaid Lagoon set on the Turtle Bay Resort’s property.

Well I would say it is quite sad that we spend our days worrying about celebrities sometimes (especially when it comes to hair colors), but I also would say that then you would not be entertained by my witty banter.

This is really breaking news… Paris Hilton has officially dyed her signature blonde locks brown. Why? Who knows, but she is in Paris, so perhaps she feels she won’t stand out there with brown hair?

But then again it is Paris Hilton we’re talking about here, she would want to stand out wherever she goes.
